ark Shaw, is MD, Global Payments Strategy at Flutter Entertainment, the world’s largest online sports betting and iGaming operator.
Mark is a recognised expert in payments & financial services, having spent 20 years working across the full breadth of the international payments ecosystem. Mark joined Flutter in 2024, having previously worked at Spotify, Visa, Mastercard, Vocalink, Barclays, TSB and LEK Consulting in a range of roles from Strategy and Product Development to Marketing, Business Development/Partnerships & Project Management.
Mark holds a Masters of Engineering (MEng) degree from the University of Bristol.
Mark’s current role focuses on the global development of the “Flutter Edge” strategy for payments across the Flutter group – working closely with the local divisional payment leadership teams and group procurement to develop a unified payments strategy that supports organic and inorganic growth across the business, and leverages Flutter’s global scale.
Mark lives in North Kent with his wife, two children and three dogs. Outside of work, he’s a sports fanatic and you’ll generally find him in the gym, refereeing community rugby, playing golf or watching NFL.
