I’m  3 years into Civil Service life, currently heading up the Financial Services Commercial Pre-Award (Category Management) team at HMRC. A payments Industry specialist by trade with previous roles managing payments infrastructure and change in Telco, today, my focus is on delivering value for money for citizens, driving digitisation and innovation in a customer centric way, all whilst ensuring the funds of government continue to flow.

My team and I have delivered the new iterations of Money Transmission Services, Open Banking, Confirmation of Payee, and Crypto Asset analytics (to name but a few) My portfolio reach extends to Acquiring, Money Transmission, Debt Management, Data and Policy driven change and beyond.
