As the Head of Client Solutions West, Global Payments Solutions, HSBC, based in UK, Anjali leads a team of Client Solutions experts working with Corporate and Institutional clients in UK, Europe and Americas, providing best-in-class client solutions through a collaborative and innovative approach.  Anjali has over 18 years of experience across Corporate and Institutional banking, with a short stint in technology which has helped her gain deep expertise in Digital, Payments and Trade solutions. She has extensive experience working with clients and with platforms and vendors such as ERP, TMS, fintech’s and accounting software providers. She is focused on creating value for customers with an excellent ability to seamlessly bridge customer voice and technology, effectively managing complexities whilst efficiently leading and delivering the right outcome for customers and bank. Anjali is self-motivated, driven with strong technical acumen and passion for Digital payments and technology.  She thrives in a competitive and diverse environment, having worked across regions (Asia, Middle East and UK) with good understanding of cultural differences and ways of working, thus able to build strong working relationships and support colleagues and team with personal and professional growth.
