Helen is the Chief Digital Officer at Lloyds Banking Group, supporting 26 million UK customers with their banking needs and over 21 million who bank through our mobile app. She has been at the forefront of UK banking innovation for nearly 30 years, always in roles focused on helping customers. At Lloyds, Helen works with teams putting digital innovation at the heart of improvements, while ensuring colleagues in branches and on the phone remain central to customer service. She is passionate about using technology to transform banking experiences. Helen’s leadership has been recognised with awards including AltFi Woman of the Year (2022), Women in Finance Woman of the Year (2022), Banker of the Year (2021), and Marketing Week’s CX50 (2020 and 2019). Outside work, Helen is a keen sportswoman and represented Great Britain in archery at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.
