Rebecca is a seasoned leader in financial innovation and strategy, currently heading the Innovation and FinTech practice at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR). Her portfolio spans payments, financial, and insurance services, where she drives long-term strategy and innovation in partnership with global mobility and FinTech ecosystems. Before joining JLR, she served as APAC Managing Director and Global Head of Data & Research at a Tel Aviv–based FinTech platform, leading digital transformation initiatives for tier-one global banks. With over a decade of experience in capital markets across the Asia-Pacific region, Rebecca brings deep strategic and technical expertise to her work. She is also active in academia, having designed and taught the FinTech Entrepreneurship course for MBA students at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, served as a visiting researcher at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and sits on the advisory board of the MSc FinTech program at Warwick Business School.
